1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using KlisterPaws ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Virtual Currency and Items

KlisterPaws utilizes a virtual currency known as "Shards" and digital items known as "Stickers". You acknowledge that:

• Shards and Stickers have no real-world monetary value.
• They cannot be exchanged for cash, real currency, or any tangible value outside of the Service.
• All digital items remain the property of KlisterPaws, and your account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use them within the Service.

3. User-Generated Content

The Service allows users to upload custom images as Stickers ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you agree that:

• You own the intellectual property rights to the artwork or have explicit permission from the original artist to use it on KlisterPaws.
• You will not upload any content that is illegal, offensive, pornographic, defamatory, or violates any third-party copyrights or trademarks.
• KlisterPaws reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to moderate, report, or remove any User Content and permanently ban the offending account without notice.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse of the Service API. In the event of termination, your access to Shards, Stickers, and Canvases will be permanently revoked.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. KlisterPaws makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Service. We are not responsible for data loss, server downtime, or unauthorized access to your account.
